For studios and spas on Mindbody
Know which ad filled the class.
Intro offers, memberships and first classes, sold on your own website and written straight into Mindbody. Your ads and reports finally see who joined, what they bought and what it was worth, and everyone who stopped before paying is already saved.
Be the new client. Take the intro offer.
Tap through the phone. The notes beside it show what is saved in Mindbody and what your reports learn at each step. At the card step, try leaving the page too.
The join opens on eastlinepilates.com, not on another site.

You're in, Jess.
A confirmation is on its way to your email, with what to bring to your first class.
She left. She's already in Mindbody.
Jess picked an offer and a class, typed her details, then closed the page at the card step. Look at the panel beside the phone: your team already has her.

Every visit carries its source from the first click to the join, so you can see which ad, post or email brought each new client, and where people stop. Sample numbers, for one month at one studio.

Each lead and each purchase, with its value, goes to your Meta pixel and Google Analytics, so your ad accounts learn which ads bring in people who pay.

of everyone who started an online join finished it, across every location of the franchise, Jan 1 to Oct 24, 2026.
Those clubs run on a different membership billing system. The full numbers are in the case study. On Mindbody, the same platform has taken real bookings at a spa in Atlanta since November 2026, and a fitness franchise's join page is in final testing now.
How it gets onto your site.
It runs on iJoin, our booking and join platform. For spas on Mindbody, appointments book the same way.
Questions people ask.
Does this replace Mindbody?
No. Mindbody stays your system of record. Clients, sales, memberships and class bookings are created in Mindbody, the same as a front desk sale.
Do you see the client's card number?
No. The card is typed into a secure payment vault, so the number never reaches us, and Mindbody's own payment processor charges it. Memberships are sold as Mindbody contracts, so Mindbody keeps the card and runs every monthly payment.
What if they are already a client?
They are matched to their existing Mindbody profile by email, so you don't get duplicates, and a client who already has a referral source keeps it.
We have several studios. Does that work?
Yes. Each studio keeps its own Mindbody site and gets its own join page, with its own offers, prices and classes. We build it once and add studios as they connect.
What does Mindbody need from us?
One approval. Mindbody asks the studio owner to approve our access from inside Mindbody before anything can be read or sold. You don't share a staff login.
What does the mockup cost?
Nothing. Send your website, and we build a working mockup of your join page in your brand, with your real offers and schedule from Mindbody. If you like it, we talk about going live.
See it on your own site, free.
